①光电人工突触 结合碘化银与钙钛矿薄膜的光响应特点制备得到短波长照射抑制,长波长照射增益的双极性响 应光电忆阻器,表现出类突触的可塑性特性从而实现了光电人工突触的部分功能。
②光电探测器 通过调控薄膜组分、改变薄膜生长条件以及热纳米压印等方法来改善薄膜形貌从而制备出高效率 宽光谱响应的光电探测器。
